DESCRIPTION:Customer Advisory Board Conference 2019\nCustomer Advisory Board (CAB) conference is the annual meet of the My Council Services clients. The aim is to receive feedback from our existing customers\, introduce upcoming features and allow the interested councils to have a look at our platform and understand how we work. \nWe always believe in innovating our products and services to create more satisfactory user experiences. We plan to introduce the new version of our platform at this year’s CAB taking place on 6th June 2019. Considering the latest developments in technology and compliance\, the newer features will make My Council Services a game changer for the local authorities seeking digital transformation. \nThe event focuses on creating a more strong network of the My Council Services users. The existing users shall share their experience and insights on their channel shift transformation journey with MCS platform. The local authorities will have a chance to learn about the measures and policies adopted by others in mapping their digital journey.
